Frustrating access, even after approval. I was told I could use the carrier dashboard, but getting in was inconsistent for days. When it did let me sign in, it sometimes kicked me out when I opened a shipment. I am not trying to do anything complicated, just manage the details. It made me second guess if my updates were actually going through.
It is okay, not amazing. I like being able to see shipment details, but I keep mising where to click when I need to update a stop. I am probly just not used to it yet.
Booking loads is pleasantly simple. I can see what is available and commit to it without feeling lost in menus. I do wish the text was larger, but I can work with it.
Document submission is more difficult than it should be. I attempted to upload paperwork and was not confident it actually submitted correctly. The process lacks clear confirmation for someone not comfortable with technology.
