Fast updates when you keep it simple. I mainly use it to post status updates during the run, and the steps are easy to follow. I like that it keeps everything tied to the shipment so I am not guessing what load I am updating. A couple times I wondered if my update went through until I refreshed. Still, it has been consistent for me overall. I do not dread using it on the road.
