Very dependable for authority paperwork. I appreciated how clearly they explained each step without assuming I knew the rules. The only drawback was a bit of waiting for the final confirmation.

Disappointing and more confusing than expected. I asked for help with permits and the instructions were not clear to me. I ended up unsure which forms were actually needed.
Very helpful for getting started. I appreciated how clearly they handled the authority and DOT paperwork for me. I only wish the instructions were a bit more plain language in a couple spots.
Solid discounts at the pump overall. I like seeing the reduced pricing show up when I fuel at participating stops. The only drawback for me is that not every station I use is included.
