Adequate, but the access rules are limiting. I understand it is only for carriers already approved with Echo, yet it makes it less useful for us when we need options quickly. I can still work within it when a shipment is assigned there.
It is okay once it loads. I like being able to post status updates myself, but I get lost finding the right spot sometimes. I am not super techy and it can feel kinda clunky.
Very easy to handle paperwork uploads. I am not very technical, but I was able to send in the documents without trouble. The steps are straightforward and I have not had confusion about where things went.
Pretty smooth for booking Echo loads. I can see what is available and grab it without much fuss, and the shipment details are usually clear. I wish the screens were a little faster to refresh sometimes.
