Clean and reassuring for assignments. I can see my next assignment on my phone without having to guess what is coming. The layout is straightforward, though it could use slightly clearer prompts.

Comfortable day to day tracking. I can check where our vehicles and shipments stand without much training. The screens are busy at first, but the information is consistent.
Generally reliable for compliance minded routing. I have found the directions keep me away from restricted roads when I follow them as written. The screen takes a bit to get used to, but I can read it without much trouble.
Frustrating to update stop status. I tried to change a stop to completed and it was not obvious to me where that action was. I do not want to hunt through screens while I am working.
It works, but I found it confusing. I was able to capture signatures for proof of delivery, yet the steps were not clear to me without help. I wish the screens were simpler for occasional users.
Unreliable location reporting. I attempted to use the GPS tracking, but it frequently failed to update and appeared inconsistent. I cannot depend on it for accurate status.
