Disappointing and difficult to navigate. I struggled to locate the signed rate confirmation after booking, and the layout was not clear to me. I prefer something more straightforward.

Very dependable for finding spot loads. I like that I can narrow results by where I want to go and what equipment I have. The mobile layout is clear, though the filters took me a little time to understand.
Not satisfied with the usability. I find the load search screens difficult to follow, and I frequently lose track of what I selected. For my needs, it is more frustrating than helpful.
Hard to follow for non tech users. I struggled to understand the shipment screens and where to click next. The training materials felt too light for someone like me.
