Generally helpful, but not very friendly at first. I like being able to check delivery progress without calling drivers, yet I found the initial setup confusing. We needed extra guidance to connect our tracking and get consistent data. Once configured, it is acceptable.
Not impressed with the route optimization. We kept seeing routes that looked fine on screen, but in actual execution they did not match how the day unfolded. I expected tighter logic given the data coming in from tracking.
Kinda frustrating to set up. I kept getting lost trying to get the driver app working, and the proof of delivery stuff felt confusing. Maybe I just missed somthing but it wasnt smooth.
Really solid real time tracking. I like being able to compare planned vs actual runs, though the reporting layout took me a minute to understand.
