Clear job details in one place. I appreciate that I can review the current stop information directly in the app without needing additional back and forth. The layout is straightforward for someone who does not use many mobile tools. My only complaint is that some text feels small on my screen.

Clear delivery updates for customers. I find it straightforward to keep people informed without extra effort. The wording is simple enough that I did not need training to use it.
Mostly fine, but not very intuitive. I can see the delivery updates clearly, yet I still have to tap around to find what I need. For someone like me who is not very techy, it takes a bit of patience.
Easy to confirm stops without confusion. I can capture a signature and mark the visit complete in one place, which feels straightforward. For me, that is the main reason I keep using it.
Customer updates are clear and consistent. I can point clients to the current status and ETA without having to explain much. For a simple last mile operation, it has been dependable.
