Easy enough to follow order status. I can log in and see where shipments stand without needing much training. I do sometimes need to click around to find older orders.
Shipping visibility is fairly reliable. We can see where shipments stand without much effort, though the wording in a few status updates is confusing.
Disappointing geofence setup experience. I attempted to draw boundaries for our yard, but the process was not intuitive to me. I could not tell if the changes were actually saved, which caused confusion. The instructions were insufficient for a non technical user.
The reports are useful, but not very friendly. I can pull the information I need, yet the layout feels dense and I have to click around more than expected. With simpler formatting, it would be easier for me to use consistently.
