Honestly, I like the tracking page. We set it up with our logo and colors and it looks clean when I pull it up. The delivery updates come through without me babysitting it.

Honestly, the notifications are the best part. I set what I needed and it just keeps customers in the loop without me babysitting it. The wording is decent and it does not feel spammy. Only wish the default timing choices were a little more obvious.
Not impressed with the scanning. I kept getting missed scans unless I went really slow, and that got annoying. I expected the tracking log to be more consistent.
