Pretty frustrating delivery status updates. I watched a few shipments sit in the same status for too long and it made me not trust it. I ended up checking the carrier site anyway.

Really clean tracking view day to day. I like that everything shows up in one dashboard, so I am not bouncing between carrier sites to see where a shipment is. The delivery status updates feel current enough that I trust what I am looking at. The automated notifications are nice, but I had to tweak them a bit to avoid getting too many pings. Overall, it keeps me in the loop without being complicated.
