Surprisingly easy to keep drivers in sync. We use the in app messages and I can actually trust the status updates coming back. The visibility is just nice to have when things are moving fast.
Not bad, not perfect either. I like seeing trip status and ETAs in one place, but sometimes the real time view feels a step behind. I still use it, just with a little caution.
Pretty handy when it works right. I like that I can share my location for a short window without leaving it on all day. Sometimes the link feels a little finicky to start on my phone though.
