Live updates are nice. I can send my status without having to explain anything, and dispatch seems to stay in the loop. I just wish the buttons were a little bigger on my phone.

Really helpful for keeping drivers on the same plan. I can see planned vs actual without digging around too much. The driver side took a day or two for our team to get comfortable with.
Decent tracking, but the ETAs feel flaky. We like being able to see where the driver is in real time, but I have had customer notifications go out with weird timing. I am okay using it day to day, just not fully confident in that part.
Works ok, but I still double check. I like having the dimensions recorded right when I am there. I have had a couple times where the sync to the office lagged and I was not sure if it went through.
Honestly, the install was a mess for me. I thought it would be pretty straightforward, but I kept hitting snags on our server. I gave up after a couple tries.
Pretty solid for daily scheduling. We can quickly see who is on what shift and it usually stays in sync with the field. I just wish the setup screens were a little clearer.
