Not very happy with the mobile experience. I try to check locations on my phone and it sometimes takes too long to load. When I am in a hurry, that gets old fast.

Disappointing accuracy for real time tracking. I kept seeing location updates lag behind what drivers reported on the road. For day to day monitoring, that gap made the visibility feel unreliable.

Works ok, but I get annoyed. I can see where we are, which is good, but the app feels a little confusin sometimes. I had to tap around to find the history view. Not terrible, just not super friendly for me.

Professional and consistent tracking in daily operations. I appreciate the clarity of the location history when I need to review a run. The interface is generally straightforward, though a few labels could be clearer.
