Gate check in is flaky for us. I tried it on multiple phones and the check in step sometimes hangs and then I have to start over. When you are already waiting outside, that is just annoying. I expected smoother behavior for something this basic.

Gets the job done, kind of clunky. I can see our appointment details and yard status in one spot, which is nice. But when I am moving fast, it feels like too many clicks to make a small change.
Pretty smooth API once it is wired up. I like the webhook pings for status changes, but I ran into a couple odd carrier responses that needed extra handling on our side. Not a deal breaker, just not totally plug and play.
Not impressed with the routing. I tested the optimized route against my usual path and it picked some odd turns that did not make sense. With a few more checks it might be fine, but right now I do not trust it. I ended up ignoring it most of the time.
Messaging is decent, but not perfect. I like being able to note what is happening while I am on a stop, yet it feels a bit clunky when I am trying to send quick updates.
Pretty handy for tracking progress. I like seeing the status flip automatically when I hit each stop, but the GPS updates sometimes lag for a minute or two on my phone.
