Honestly pretty annoyed with the setup. We tried tying it into our telematics and the integration took way more fiddling than it should have. I can work through complex systems, but this felt unnecessarily finicky.

Pretty solid routing most days. I like how it keeps me on truck-legal roads when I punch in the right dimensions. The traffic reroutes can get a little jumpy though, and I end up second guessing it.
Not a fan of the planning vs actual view. I expected the comparison to be obvious, but I kept bouncing around to figure out what changed on the route. I know my way around tech, and this still felt clunky.
Annoying sync issues with stop updates. I marked stops completed, then later they showed as not done, which is unacceptable. If the status cannot stay consistent, I cannot trust it.
Frustrating experience with real time updates. I watched delivery progress lag behind what our driver was actually doing, which made it hard to trust. I am fine with tech, but this felt unreliable.

Nice, accurate ETAs for customers. I can watch the run in real time and the estimates usually track close to what the driver is doing. I do wish the settings were easier to tweak without hunting.
