Pretty rough notification experience. I tried to rely on the optional alerts and they were hit or miss, which is not acceptable. I can read the tracking myself, but the notifications did not keep up.

Notifications are the part I like most. I set them up for a few recurring shipments and I appreciate getting delivery status changes without constantly checking. The messages are usually clear and easy to understand. Occasionally I get an update later than I want, but it still helps me keep an eye on key packages. Overall it feels dependable for day to day monitoring.

Simple tracking that I can follow. I do not need anything fancy, and I can see where a package is without digging around. The only minor issue is that some updates come later than I expect.

Delivery status updates were not dependable in my experience. I had several shipments where the information did not reflect what was actually happening. That gap makes it hard to communicate confidently.
