Not worth the headache. The order to dispatch flow kept glitching for us and the data didn’t sync right between screens. I can usually troubleshoot anything, but this felt like chasing bugs all week.

Disappointing proof of delivery flow. We repeatedly had issues with signatures and photos not attaching correctly to the completed delivery, and I had to recheck records manually. For day to day operations, that is an unacceptable reliability gap.

Buggy GPS updates most days. I can tell it is trying to track in real time, but the location refresh lags or jumps around, which makes me second guess what I am seeing. With how cloud based it is, I expected tighter consistency.
