Way too flaky for daily shipping. I keep seeing live status lag behind what carriers show, which makes the dashboard feel untrustworthy. I can work around it, but I should not have to babysit tracking updates.

Nice order tracking, but not always smooth. I can follow an order from warehouse to delivery, which is great. But the status sometimes lags behind what I am hearing from customers.
Pretty good order tracking, kinda. I can see where an order is at without hunting, which I like. But when a status changes, the wording feels vague and I end up guessing what it means.
Pretty solid inventory view overall. I like seeing stock and order status in one place, but the real time numbers don’t always match what I’m expecting right away. If you’re technical, it’s workable and you can figure out the quirks.
Not impressed with the sensor data accuracy. I compared it against our own logs and I kept seeing mismatched readings that made the analytics hard to trust. I spent too long digging through settings and still could not get it consistent.
Works, but the app could be smoother. I like being able to check locations quickly from my phone. The menus feel a little busy when I am trying to find one vehicle fast.
