Dispatcher for a 15-truck fleet in the Southwest with ten years under my belt - my experience with C.H. Robinson's support is honestly split. Had a rep pull a miracle last minute and re-route a flatbed in under an hour, but routine Navisphere glitches and billing disputes can sit for days with conflicting answers, so some weeks they're a lifesaver and other weeks they're a headache.

Batch booking is a lifesaver - lets me grab a handful of runs in seconds during a hectic dispatch window. That said, twice this month it either double-accepted or froze mid-booking and forced me to re-do confirmations and cancel contracts; after ten years dispatching and running 15 trucks across the Southwest I'm torn - love the speed, hate the headaches when it trips up.

Nearly missed a pickup - then the mobile app pinged me with an updated ETA and I rerouted a truck in two taps. I've got 15 trucks and ten years dispatching; the push ETA updates and one-touch reassignments from the phone actually save me time, so 4/5.

When a last-minute load shot the broker's rate through the roof, Shiptify pulled multiple carrier quotes in 20 minutes and we picked one that put an extra $1,200 in our pocket. For our 15-truck Southwest fleet with ten years on the road, the $300 monthly subscription paid for itself on that single move - totally worth it.

Bottom line: Kaleris TMS cost me time and money. Our previous TMS let us book and confirm loads in minutes; Kaleris kept assigning the wrong carriers and its ETAs were off by hours - with 15 trucks in the Southwest that translated to missed pickups and extra detention fees I never saw before.

Bottom line: it finds better carrier rates and automates bookings more than our old homegrown TMS, but it added quirks that kept us glued to the spreadsheet. Rate-shopping and label output are quicker, yet live-tracking lags and a couple of carrier connectors dropped shipments mid-booking - with 15 trucks in the Southwest that unpredictability meant extra calls and a fallback plan, so I'm honestly torn.

...the side-by-side rate grid alone cut my decision time in half - after a decade dispatching a 15-truck fleet in the Southwest I can eyeball total cost, transit and book the best lane in seconds. My only gripe is occasional carrier rate refresh lag, but it's still worth it.

I've used Cargo Chief's mobile app for about two years. Managing 15 trucks out of the Southwest, what really made me happy was the push alerts that show live carrier availability and let me one-tap book - I grab lanes on my phone while fueling and it cuts the usual scramble way down.

The first afternoon after signing up I uploaded our carrier list CSV and had three dispatches tracked and billing routing into QuickBooks within an hour. That quick import was what made me happiest - setup was mostly painless, but mapping a couple of custom fields required a support ticket, so it wasn’t flawless.

Switched from our old patchwork spreadsheets and a clunky TMS to FreightWise - the carrier rate comparison that shows live bids was the one thing that actually cut my phone tag and won me back hours each week while managing 15 trucks in the Southwest.

Bottom line: it mostly works, but when it glitches it can cripple a day's moves. I dispatch 15 trucks across the Southwest and after ten years the TMS's intermittent sync failures and slow carrier status updates have cost us pickups - support responds but not always quickly enough to stop the domino effect.
