I've used Transporeon for one year. Getting started was tougher than I expected: account setup and carrier onboarding required a lot of manual data mapping and several slow back-and-forths with support. For my 10-truck operation on the West Coast that meant lost days, and although the platform eventually gave us clearer load visibility, the initial ramp-up felt unnecessarily drawn-out and confusing.

Bottom line: Manhattan Associates Transportation Management proved reliable under pressure. When a sudden bridge closure on the West Coast threatened a time-sensitive medical pickup, the system automatically rerouted two of our trucks and updated ETAs in real time, keeping the delivery on schedule. In a ten-truck operation with one year on the platform, that accurate, on-the-fly rerouting feature saved us from a costly missed window.

The thing I liked most was how responsive and thorough Trucker Tools' customer support was when our GPS tracking started showing erratic ETAs. A support rep walked me through a device reset over the phone, pushed a remote configuration change, and even followed up the next day to confirm the issue stayed resolved - that hands-on follow-through cut down our manual status calls. After a year managing ten trucks on the West Coast, I find their attentive support more valuable than the app's basic load search.

Bottom line: Motive Fleet improved our live tracking and compliance visibility compared with our prior GPS-only system, but its AI safety alerts produced too many false positives and strained driver trust. After a year managing ten trucks on the West Coast, I value the clearer trip detail for dispatching, yet the weekly reports need significant manual cleanup and the camera alerts often come at odd moments. Support fixes issues eventually, but not quickly enough when we're on the road, so I'm genuinely torn about keeping it long-term.

I disliked the price. For our ten-truck operation on the West Coast the listed per-vehicle fees plus required add-ons and integration work ran about $1,200–$1,500 per month, yet after a year we saw no net savings - live tracking glitches forced us to run legacy spreadsheets in parallel and cost us roughly $800 in overtime and customer refunds. Putting more money in and still doubling up systems was unacceptable; we cancelled the service because it simply wasn’t worth the expense for our scale.

I've used Routific for one year. The in-app support team can be quite effective - they once diagnosed a recurring export error and pushed a fix within hours - but more commonly responses are slow and we get bounced between agents, repeating the same routing constraints. For our ten-truck West Coast fleet the initial onboarding and live walk-throughs were helpful, yet the inconsistent follow-through on tickets leaves me torn about committing more routes to the platform.

Been using Truxx for my dry van. Rates are hit or miss but thats freight right now, can't really blame an app for whats on the market.
