I've used Routific for one year. The in-app support team can be quite effective - they once diagnosed a recurring export error and pushed a fix within hours - but more commonly responses are slow and we get bounced between agents, repeating the same routing constraints. For our ten-truck West Coast fleet the initial onboarding and live walk-throughs were helpful, yet the inconsistent follow-through on tickets leaves me torn about committing more routes to the platform.
