Nestor Stiedemann's review of Detrack
I disliked the price. For our ten-truck operation on the West Coast the listed per-vehicle fees plus required add-ons and integration work ran about $1,200–$1,500 per month, yet after a year we saw no net savings - live tracking glitches forced us to run legacy spreadsheets in parallel and cost us roughly $800 in overtime and customer refunds. Putting more money in and still doubling up systems was unacceptable; we cancelled the service because it simply wasn’t worth the expense for our scale.
