The app marked a pallet “delivered” to a big-box on a Friday while my driver was still sitting in traffic - customer called screaming and their receiving dock had nothing. I run two trucks on the West Coast with thirty years on the road, and that phantom-delivery plus the useless low-res POD images cost me the account and a week's revenue while support sent canned replies.

Used it for about a year; the mobile app constantly loses the live pin and either shows our trailer parked in the wrong county or freezes mid-route. I'm an owner-operator with two trucks on the West Coast - those ghost locations and delayed alerts cost me a detention fee last month and enough angry calls from customers that I'm shopping for something that actually stays connected.

The mobile app is unreliable - GPS drops every few miles and ETAs swing wildly, so my dispatcher and I kept chasing phantom locations. It once marked a load delivered when it wasn’t and I ate a detention fee plus a day of wasted driving, which for a two-truck outfit is a real punch in the wallet.

...set the dashboard up in a couple hours, but getting carriers to share their feeds was like herding cats - had to chase paperwork and explain what a 'webhook' even is to a few of the smaller outfits. For a two-truck operation on the West Coast it feels both useful and overcomplicated: ETAs and alerts cut down on calls once it's running, yet the onboarding was longer than advertised and left me undecided if the hassle was worth it.

Pando auto-assigned a pickup to the wrong terminal so our driver drove 80 miles before we realized the load was tendered in Oakland, not Stockton - customer refused the late delivery and we swallowed about $900 in detention and a lost week of backhauls. I'm an owner-operator with two trucks on the West Coast for 30 years; that kind of tracking/routing screw-up cost me money and time, and I won't trust it again.

…paid a chunk for GoComet last year and I'm still on the fence - some features actually cut my admin time, but not enough to justify the monthly hit. With two trucks and three decades on the West Coast, it helps in a pinch, yet the math hasn't convinced me it's worth the price.

Used it for six months. We switched from old spreadsheets and my dispatcher's gut - I'm a West Coast owner-operator with two trucks and 30 years on the road - and Everstream's alerts were slower and often wrong, missing a port closure that cost us a three-day delay, $1,800 in detention, and a lost customer; I'd have been better off with the spreadsheet.

Bottom line: Wialon's bad GPS fix cost me a booked load and $900 in penalties. The dashboard showed my truck sitting at the shipper for an hour while the driver was stuck in traffic on I-5, dispatcher reassigned the job, support basically shrugged - I run two trucks on the West Coast with thirty years behind the wheel, and that one bad ping wiped out a week's profit.

The week a tight-turn white-glove customer demanded real-time ETAs for a load, Chain.io actually dumped carrier events into our TMS - first time that happened without me on the phone all day. I’ve been at this thirty years with two trucks on the West Coast; compared to my old Excel-and-calls routine it cut most of the chasing, but a few carrier mappings were wrong and support wasn’t quick enough, so it helped a lot and annoyed me just as much.
