Pando auto-assigned a pickup to the wrong terminal so our driver drove 80 miles before we realized the load was tendered in Oakland, not Stockton - customer refused the late delivery and we swallowed about $900 in detention and a lost week of backhauls. I'm an owner-operator with two trucks on the West Coast for 30 years; that kind of tracking/routing screw-up cost me money and time, and I won't trust it again.
