…took longer than I expected to get the drivers comfortable with the app. Importing routes and syncing with our dispatch wasn't a nightmare, but the mobile UI is clunky enough that one of my guys kept sending PODs to the wrong stops for a few days. Support chat actually sorted most issues, so me and my three trucks are running with it now, but onboarding felt like a half-baked walkthrough - could be much smoother.

Nine years on the road with three trucks taught me to hate juggling phone calls and paper invoices. We switched from texting ETAs and me calling drivers to HelloTracks' live tracking - customers actually watch the pin move and stop calling to ask where the truck is. That single change, the live ETA map, cut our inbound calls and let drivers finish runs faster; can't believe I waited this long.
Bottom line: getting started with Circuit was quicker than I feared - mostly because importing our messy address CSV only took a couple of minutes. The map preview that flags bad pins saved me from sending junk routes to drivers, and linking the drivers to the app didn’t require me to babysit invites. Only gripe is the time-window settings felt a bit buried; took a minute to find where to tweak them for our Southeast runs, but once set it’s been solid.
