Showed up late on two runs last month, but their load tracking kept my disptacher way calmer than I was. After 18 yrs running local hauls down here in the SE I'm torn - the app helps a lot, but when they ghost a pickup it still costs me, so 3 stars.

Bottom line: Mode's mobile app is handy for quick load checks but too unreliable for us to trust it alone. The map-based visibility and rate lookups are fast and usually accurate, so dispatch can eyeball lanes without firing up the desktop. But push notifications drop or arrive late, and the app has...

When the tracking portal flipped ETAs by hours and then stalled with no updates while the consignee waited, that one flaky feature cost us a weekend in detention and a lost pallet. My drivers were on the phone non-stop; Mode’s so-called visibility barely helped.
