What I liked most was their operations rep who actually picked up the phone and fixed a mess. During an I-5 snow slide they reconsigned a stuck trailer to a nearby GEODIS cross-dock, updated the portal ETA in real time and texted my driver so the customer still got the shipment that day - small flee...

Bottom line: GEODIS mostly works, but not consistently enough for tight windows.
