Fifteen trucks, five years managing regional runs in the Southeast - getting McLeod off the ground was a mixed bag. The installation and data migration took weeks, configs were deep and abstract, and our old load templates didn't map cleanly; the training rep was patient but not always availble, so the early days were frustrating and we lost crew time. Once we pushed through the initial hump the dispatch UI became useful and reporting helped tidy up settlements, but I'm still torn because the upfront time sink felt heavy for a 15-truck shop.
