I've used McLeod Software for four years. The price is steep - license and module fees hit hard up front - but the faster settlement cycle dramatically reduced our outstanding recievables and literally paid for itself in about nine months for our 35-truck operation in the Southwest; that single outcome made the expense worthwile. Support can be slow on some specfic billing quirks, yet for the cashflow improvement alone it's been a sound investment.

The daily license and per-truck fees are steep, and after add-on charges for training and customization the total hit our operating budget so hard that other efficiency projects got shelved.
