Phone holds, canned replies, and tickets that just reopen burned time and money - honestly thinking of switching cause I can't trust them when a load is on the line.

The offline sync is the feature that sold it for me - drivers can take photos, capture signatures, and the app queues everything until there's a signal, then it pushes the data straight into the booking and invoice records so I stop retyping entries. What made me happiest was watching a handful of deliveries from dead-spot gravel roads show up perfectly in our inbox once the truck hit town. After seven years running logistics for a hundred-truck operation in the Pacific Northwest, that cut our morning scramble in half. UI hiccups on older phones keep this at 4 stars, but it's become part of our daily rhythm.
