I've been using e2open Transportation Management for three years. The support team really made the difference: when a routing exception threatened a week of shipments they stayed on the phone with my dispatchers until the fix was in place and even coordinated a targeted patch overnight. For a 250-truck operation in the Southwest with 15 years in the business, that level of follow-through turned a potential crisis into confidence.

I've used it for five years. Most of the time e2open handles dispatching and tracking well, but when tight windows or last-minute reroutes hit the status updates often stop flowing and I end up on the phone fixing things - this happend enough times with our 15 trucks that I can't fully trust it for critical loads. Support eventually helps but it's slow, and that lag means I plan backups; mixed feelings - workably useful but un reliabe when you need it most.
