The mobile app is unreliable - frequent crashes and awful gps drift wreck our day-to-day runs. The live map and ETA pings cut down on inbound calls; at the same time the exception alerts were so noisy drivers started ignoring them until management stepped in. After 25 years running a 120-truck fleet in the Midwest I don't toss new systems aside, and when DispatchTrack behaves it really helps - but those odd edge-case failures are painful to untangle. Support fixed the POD issue and we tightened scheduling rules, so we kept using it, but now I always watch manual overrides during bad weather.
The live ETA flipping in the middle of a run drove us nuts.
