Vito Bruen-Bradtke's review of DispatchTrack
Switched to DispatchTrack last quarter and it's been a headache compared to what we ran before. Their live tracking is often 5–20 minutes off, which wiped out appointment windows and forced our 30-truck fleet on the West Coast into extra calls and overtime. I miss the old system's simple batch edits - DispatchTrack's re-optimization keeps shuffling loads and even sent a driver to the wrong depot last week, which cost us a client and a day's payroll.
