Caterina Mraz's review of Redwood Logistics
Bottom line: the Redwood mobile app is handy for quick check-ins and docs but it’s temperamental enough to make you wish for paper some days. After nine years hauling in the Northeast, I like that I can snap a POD or update an ETA on the fly, but uploads stall at the worst times and GPS refreshes lag so you end up calling dispatch more than you should. Their people usually sort things out quick, so I’m torn - when the app behaves it saves time, but the random hiccups cost minutes and a lot of extra stress.
