They rerouted a load at 6pm on Friday and the tracking still showed "in transit" at 9am Saturday - no call, no ETA, just silence until I got a $420 detention notice. My previous forwarder would have pinged me, cleared customs and kept the driver moving; with KLN I burned two driver hours and a day of missed pickups because I was waiting on information that never came. For a company known for Asia–U.S. lanes, their U.S. communication and responsiveness didn't come close to what I was used to.
