Emory Rolfson's review of Hellotracks
What I liked most was the live ETA and driver location that actually kept a frayed delivery from turning into a customer complaint. Last June a ferry canceled mid-morning and one of our drivers, Marta in truck 42, was stuck on the wrong side of the Sound with a delivery promised for noon. HelloTracks let me reroute another driver, ping Marta for a photo of the manifest, and push an automated ETA update to the customer - they got the message, adjusted their schedule, and didn’t call dispatch frantic. I’ve run trucks in the Pacific Northwest for 16 years; I’ve seen coordination tools make things worse, but the live tracking and two-way driver chat here chopped a likely claim down to a calm thank-you email. Not perfect - the mobile app glitches once in a while - but that afternoon alone covered the cost of the subscription.
