The real-time tendering confirmation saved us from a major billing error last month. A carrier acceptance was mistakenly applied to two identical tenders and Aljex flagged the duplicate before pickup, allowing dispatch to cancel the wrong booking and avoid a full day of detention charges. With 35 trucks across the Southwest that single catch mattered; the load board and invoicing integration corrected the paperwork within hours, though the invoicing workflow had a couple confusing screens and I had to hunt for the right button - recieved a few puzzled looks from dispatch while we sorted it out.
