Tendering and load-board integration are noticeably better than our old TMS - carriers reply quicker and dispatchers picked it up fast after 11 years running about 60 trucks in the Southeast, so that part felt like a real win. But billing and invoice reconciliation still demand too much manual cleanup and the reporting customization is clumsy, so I'm honestly torn: useful for day-to-day ops, frustrating for month-end.
...support can be hit-or-miss; one rep walks you through a billing mess like they actually care, the next goes radio silent for days. I run three trucks and after 22 years in the Midwest, I can't afford downtime, so when a ticket drags it ends up costing me runs - which makes me twitchy about calling back. There are flashes of helpfulness that keep me from ditching them, but paying full price for that kind of inconsistency leaves me torn.
