Had a sudden reroute in a PNW storm and they handled the broker back-and-forth, kept me rolling and kept my pay from tanking. Still had a billing hiccup once, but a call cleared it up same day, so for someone running a single truck this level of follow-through is worth it.
What sold me was they answered at 10pm when my driver needed a reroute - they actually picked up and found a workable load. With three trucks and 22 years out of the Midwest, reliability like that matters; Dispatch America kept us rolling more nights than not. Only gripe is they don't always get the highest rates, so I still push on negotiations, but worth the peace of mind.

Onboarding was patient and thorough, yet the day-to-day follow-up is inconsistent enough that I find myself chasing them more than they chase loads. Torn between keeping them for the decent bursts of communication and looking elsewhere for steadier follow-through; three stars because the people are good but the reliability isn’t there.
