Adonis Kerluke's review of Dispatch America
Bottom line: They weren't reliable when we needed them most. Two of our trucks sat idle for nearly 36 hours because a dispatcher missed a broker cut-off and then ghosted calls while the drivers waited at a ramp - nobody seemed to own the problem. We ate detention fees and lost roughly $4,000 in revenue that weekend trying to rebook loads ourselves. Promises of a follow-up came as delayed, generic emails that didn't solve the immediate mess. For a 75-truck fleet working tight Pacific Northwest lanes, that level of drop-off forced us to pull those lanes back in-house until we find a partner that actually answers when it matters.
