What sold me was they answered at 10pm when my driver needed a reroute - they actually picked up and found a workable load. Only gripe is they don't always get the highest rates, so I still push on negotiations, but worth the peace of mind.

But we run 120 trucks across Midwest lanes and have 25 years in this business, and too often the handoff between reps led to missed rate confirmations or brokers calling us directly - which is maddening. Onboarding was patient and thorough, yet the day-to-day follow-up is inconsistent enough that I find myself chasing them more than they chase loads. Torn between keeping them for the decent bursts of communication and looking elsewhere for steadier follow-through; three stars because the people are good but the reliability isn’t there.
