Status updates sync cleanly. I like that when I update pickup or delivery status on my phone, it reflects back in the main system without weird delays. The flow feels consistent across different job types we run. It has enough confirmation prompts to avoid accidental taps, but not so many that it slows me down. I did have to learn where the status buttons were at first.

Solid visibility, but the GPS can drift. I like that our location updates come through in near real time, and the breadcrumb trail is useful for checking where a truck actually was. That said, I have seen the map position jump around in dense areas and it makes me second guess the update. When it is stable, it is accurate enough for daily ops. I just wish the location refresh was more consistent.

The routing view matches what our dispatchers expect, and the operational dashboards are easy to slice by unit and timeframe. I like digging into driver performance trends without jumping between screens. My only nit is the amount of customization options can take a minute to dial in.
