Status updates sync cleanly. I like that when I update pickup or delivery status on my phone, it reflects back in the main system without weird delays. The flow feels consistent across different job types we run. It has enough confirmation prompts to avoid accidental taps, but not so many that it slows me down. I did have to learn where the status buttons were at first.
Good visibility, inconsistent timing. I can see how the live location and status updates feed back for tracking, which I like. At the same time, I have noticed delays before changes appear on the other end.
A dependable way to capture proof of delivery. We have been able to record the POD event in the app without much trouble. My only complaint is that the buttons feel small on a phone screen.
Decent app, but not very forgiving. I like being able to mark pickup and delivery from my phone. However, I found the steps a little confusing and had to back out and retry.
