Good visibility, inconsistent timing. I can see how the live location and status updates feed back for tracking, which I like. At the same time, I have noticed delays before changes appear on the other end.

A dependable way to capture proof of delivery. We have been able to record the POD event in the app without much trouble. My only complaint is that the buttons feel small on a phone screen.

Solid GPS sharing when it works. I like seeing that my location is actually getting through to dispatch.
