Navigation feels dependable most days. I like that I can see my assigned route clearly, then jump straight into directions without extra taps. Updating each stop status is quick, and the proof of delivery capture is consistent on both my Android and a spare iPhone we keep in the cab. The live progress sharing is accurate enough for what our dispatch expects. My only gripe is it takes a few seconds to refresh when I come back from a dead zone.

Frustrating to update stop status. I tried to change a stop to completed and it was not obvious to me where that action was. I do not want to hunt through screens while I am working.

Very solid proof of delivery flow. I can capture delivery confirmation quickly and it is clear what was submitted. I would appreciate slightly fewer taps in that screen.
