Love the proof of delivery flow. I have drivers grab a signature or photo and it shows up right away in the record, which keeps things tidy. The steps are simple enough that nobody fights the app. I did run into one hiccup where a photo did not attach on the first try, but retrying fixed it. Overall, I trust it for closing out stops cleanly.
ETAs are helpful, but not always steady. We share the live updates, then I see the time jump around on some stops.
