Decent app, but not very forgiving. I like being able to mark pickup and delivery from my phone. However, I found the steps a little confusing and had to back out and retry.

Solid trip planning for multi stop work. We are able to set up routes and keep them consistent for our drivers. The interface takes some getting used to, but the results are reliable.
Confusing to set up for our needs. I tried to get basic routing going, but the settings and terminology were hard for me to follow. I could not tell if the route was planned correctly, so I stopped using it.
Decent app with one annoying flaw. I can view my assigned route without much trouble, but I find the navigation steps a bit confusing at times. I am not very tech savvy, so I need it to be more straightforward.
Reliable for proof of delivery photos. I like that I can send a signature and picture right from the phone, and it is easy to understand. The only nit is the buttons feel a little small on my screen.
