Pretty confusing right out of the gate. I tried to follow it but I kept getting lost between the routes and the driver updates. The phone app kept asking me to tap through stuff I did not understand. I gave up after a couple days.

Kinda frustrating most days. I tried updating delivery status and it did not sync right away, so I was left wondering if it went through. I am not super techy, so I just want it to be obvious.
Pretty rough for everyday use. I kept getting lost in the back office screen and could not find where yesterday’s deliveries went. I’m not super techy, so it just felt confusing.
Okay tool, not totally foolproof. I like that it records the weight without me writing it down. But sometimes it feels picky about where the pallet sits, and I have to redo it.
Just not for me. I tried to use the analytics view and it felt overwhelming and hard to understand. I could not tell what I was looking at most of the time.
