Not a fan of the customer alerts. We set them up, but I still got complaints that updates were confusing. I just want it to be simpler to message people.

Very reliable for real time driver tracking. We like being able to see where drivers are without guessing, and the GPS view stays accurate during the day. I do wish the dashboard refreshed a little faster sometimes, but it has been consistent overall.

Really happy with the routing suggestions. I still adjust a few stops, but it usually puts things in a sensible order.
